Returns and refunds

Personalized gifts are made for a specific recipient, so return eligibility depends on whether the item is custom-made, damaged, or incorrect.

Check order status

Personalized items

Custom names, engraving, artwork, photos, and made-to-order details cannot usually be returned because they are created for one customer.

Damaged or incorrect orders

  • If an item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and take clear photos.
  • If the item does not match the confirmed personalization details, the order should be reviewed for replacement or refund eligibility.
  • Order number, checkout email, photos, and a short description help resolve the issue faster.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are easiest before production starts. Once a personalized item is already in production, cancellation may not be available.
